By accessing this website or engaging Bear Ellis for wardrobe advisory services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Bear Ellis provides private wardrobe advisory and curation services to individual clients. The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon between Bear Ellis and the client prior to the commencement of any work.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. Fees are due as agreed and are non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee. Bear Ellis reserves the right to reschedule sessions at reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information during the intake process and to engage in good faith throughout the advisory relationship. The effectiveness of the service depends in part on the client's participation and openness to the process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and imagery — is the property of Bear Ellis. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bear Ellis provides style and wardrobe guidance based on professional experience and judgment. Results vary by individual. Bear Ellis is not liable for any purchasing decisions made by the client independently of the advisory engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
